At Pericalm Wellness, your satisfaction and trust are very important to us. While we take great care in crafting and shipping every bottle of Pericalm, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.


Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns of used or opened bottles of Pericalm for safety and hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaking product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product is missing or incomplete

If any of these apply, please email us at support@pericalm.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A short explanation

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the replacement or refund process.


Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment
  • The product was out of stock and could not be delivered
  • The product was defective or damaged and a refund is preferred over replacement

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway.


Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If the seal is broken or the product is used
  • If the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • If the customer changes their mind after the order is delivered
  • Any delays in delivery due to courier issues or external conditions (strikes, weather, etc.)

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will send you a free replacement after reviewing the issue. You may not need to return the original item unless specifically requested by our support team.


Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@pericalm.com. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
